What injuries/conditions can you treat?

Our practitioners are trained in a multitude of disciplines and have lots of experience working with a diverse client base in both healthy and clinical populations. If you're dealing with any physical pain or musculoskeletal condition, give us a call!

How much is treatment?

Prices for treatment vary but can all be found on our online booking site. All prices shown are final out-the-door with all costs and taxes included.

Will my health insurance cover treatment?

Most extended health benefit plans cover physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic. Be sure to contact your plan provider for full details on what exactly you are covered for.

Do you direct bill to insurance providers?

Yes! Pace Yourself can direct bill to most insurance providers to make your visit(s) as easy as possible.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No, a doctor's referral is not always necessary. However, it IS always a good idea for you to consult a qualified professional/specialist and receive a diagnosis so that our providers can best tailor their treatment.

What's the difference between an initial and follow-up appointment?

An initial is your first appointment. It is typically longer as your assisting practitioner will need time to review your medical history and conduct an assessment on your current condition. Follow-up appointments succeed the initial appointment and are primarily treatment-focused.

When should I book an initial?

You should book an initial if it's your first visit OR if you are seeing a practitioner for the first time. If you're seeking alternative treatment from the same provider, have a new condition/injury,  have a new insurance provider/claim, or are unsure, please ask us directly and we can determine if an initial is necessary.

Do you accept WorksafeBC/ICBC/Canada Life claims?

Yes we do! If you have been approved for rehab by WSBC, ICBC or Canada Life,  give us a call or visit us in-person with all relevant case information and we will happily assist you.

Can I book online for a WorksafeBC/ICBC/Canada Life claim?

No. Our online booking system will only accept private clients with personal extended health benefits. If you have a WSBC, ICBC or Canada Life claim please give us a call or visit us in-person for appointments.

Can I book a SureHire drug & alcohol test?

No. All pre-employment testing is commissioned directly to us by SureHire and we cannot make arrangements independently. Please contact SureHire online or at 1-866-944-HIRE (4473) for full details.

How much do the PILLOWISE® Pillows Cost?

The out-the-door price of 1 Pillowise® pillow (no matter the size) is $184.00. This cost includes the measurement, sleep & neck assessment, the pillow itself, and all applicable taxes.

Will my health insurance cover a PILLOWISE® pillow?

In general, yes.  If your health insurance includes extended health benefits, a Pillowise® pillow can usually be covered under neck/back pain. Please contact us or your insurance provider for full details.
